Just thinking about how I was feeling last sunday, my anxiety really tricked me into thinking I was going to die at some point. And it was just my mind really scared because of the pain that I was feeling. Our minds are scary places but im feeling better

ppl should not judge someoneās health by their looks alone. yes, she did spoke openly about dealing with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd). and yes im concerned abt her well-being and i do care. at the end of the day it is not us who own her own body if that makes sense. so why rectify someoneās appearance just so they conform to what society labels as healthy? even some of the healthy looking person can get sick inside and thatās real. let us all be kind & empathetic humans.

me and my colleague at work became really good friends even though weāve only had this short time together this summer. sheās moving to stockholm at the end of the weekš„²we talked so about how we wished weād been friends years ago because itās so hard to make new friends in this small ass town. on another note, i actually cannot listen to any music atm because my airpods stopped working so i had to get them fixed (which for some reason will take 2ā3 weeksš). so i bought earpods and now itās saying that thereās freaking water in my phone so i canāt even use themšššfirst world problems yes ik
