today I listened to Parachute by Coldplay. This album was kind of boring, admittedly I had it on as background music when I was studying so I wasn’t paying the most attention. But nothing really stuck out as all of the songs sounded the same and flowed together. I would never just casually listen to coldplay, but while doing homework it was a good vibe. 3.5/5

putting myself on time off after blasting thru 7 albums today. some i finished, others i bailed halfway. Noticed for yrs now that I usually hit a slump around late July to August. Could be a circadian rhythm thing, but I hate when my brain chooses to shut down for a bit. Worst case, it drags on into September or October, then I just snap out of it sometime in November. Happened in 2023, & I’m telling you rn, we’re NOT doing that AGAIN.

some people have this innate driving thing that’s really important to them i remember growing up, my brothers was his passion for family. he always wanted a family of his own. you could really tell this was something he felt into his core, and that was always a consistency with him. maybe his core values made manifest, shone through his very being. mines always been love, man how badly i want to be in love. and to be loved. oh god it’s terrible. it’s embarrassing.
