i do not understand workplace social norms. i always feel like im stuck in a black mirror episode. some people share so much about themselves and some don’t at all. and this somehow factors into the formula of whether you’re liked or hated? or you can do nothing at all and be hated? or maybe it’s a me problem and i just feel like i am hated. or maybe it doesn’t matter at all and no one cares
