Is it too much to ask for at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep that doesn’t cause me terrible headaches for the remainder of the day I have vivid memories of when I was little crying at night bc I couldn’t ever sleep well. 10 years later and not much has changed, either waking up at every hour or not sleeping for days (Once I do fall asleep it will be the best rest I will ever have in my life so I’m excited)
