Good afternoon everyone I hope it’s going well for you today. I’m going to drink some coffee and probably eat avocado toast for lunch so that’s fun! Super excited! I also need to return my platform Converse and get the right size and something that looks cooler. My mother got them for me and she couldn’t find my size or the ones I wanted but you know what it’s still swag cause I’m getting some! She’s so cool I love her! Welp I love this song and that’s all byeeee 👋🏼😌

I just came across this track while listening to this album and suddenly a memory unlocked of when I was younger. they’d play a song in church with this same tune in Spanish. A man named Don Juan would play his guitar and sing every Sunday morning in church. But then my family started to go to church in the evening so we’d only ever see Don Juan at the Station of the cross every Good Friday where we’d all as a community walk blocks away from church as the sun would set singing songs of Christ and taking turns on carrying the cross for each station. I’d remember melting the plastic cups that was used to hold the candle that was lit inside and my feet hurting from walking and standing for too long. Something about it has made these memories bittersweet I don’t know why that is.
