hardball, but I ain’t playin
I usually don’t get too excited for acoustic/unplugged versions of albums, but this is an exception. While I liked the album a lot more than most, it still had a bit too much autotune, even for me. The instrumentation is also fully reworked in a style similar to his Sandhills EP. The fact that these songs can work in two completely different contexts shows just how skilled of a songwriter Chaz is. I am looking forward to the new versions of Heaven and Hollywood with Benjamin Gibbard.
Never had much use for a blackberry phone back in the day.
