new mac to end off a really freaking good day!! awesome day at work ✅, awesome therapy session ✅, literally top 3 gym sessions of the yearrr ✅ side note and highlight from the gym: talked to this older guy today and he had a BALLER physique like that kind of real blue collar strength. His calves and legs were so built and dude is 54!! It was a great convo, and I love talking to the older generation because they have real knowledge and they're so humble and innocent like they just wanna share their lives, im so happy bro 🥹
