hello gang the temperature has dropped sooooo much today so i stayed in & did nothing 😌 also i keep thinking abt getting back into dating bc i keep seeing all these fun christmas date ideas on instagram but i literally cannot be bothered with all that bc everyone is soooo lame nowadays and doesn't care abt effort🥱🥱

i have felt so incredibly unwell today & ended up spending all day in bed. all ive eaten is 2 digestive biscuits and an apple 😀 i had planned to clean my room but i am absolutely putting that off until i dont feel like im dying

Saw @braedenrockwell posts about mens mental health and it’s made me realize. I never express my emotions in person, and I think it’s shitty tbh because I know loads of lads who don’t talk about their feelings because they’ll feel “less of a man” or be viewed as weak and I feel the same especially with the whole aspect of toxic masculinity that’s been shoved down our throats.
