Spent the long weekend away in a beach town with my four best friends. Sadly there was torrential rain the whole time so we couldn’t surf or swim 😭 Plus there was an earthquake (super rare for melbourne) and I had my first serious asthma attack since I was a child (thunderstorm pollen). It was still nice though; finished a jigsaw puzzle together, cooked dinners, went to boutiques and watched movies. One of my friends only likes old music so we had a 70’s playlist going in the background. The house nor furniture hadn’t seemed to be updated for 30 years, so we really felt like we were octogenarian-maxxing, activities considered.
