had like a solid 3 hour chat with my mum tonigjt and it was so nice. started off just going through autism observations in myself which i had written earlier, in which was 6 fricken pages long, then just turned into a whole life talk and idk she’s like the only person i can freely talk to without my fear of judgement getting in the way. also earlier today found that my picture journal is literally perfect for me, i find it impossible to journal without pre written questions, so when i come to a blank page my mind just literally goes blank. but the picture journal has questions already written out so it’s a lot easier for myself to write about thoughts, feelings and emotions when a specific thing is being asked. wouod highly recommend if you also struggle with journaling but also have too many thoughts

seeing as though there is a spirit week happening i think it is only fair for me to say that i did the first one ever on this app. the first few i think. and also when we celebrated bopdrops 1st birthday. those were good times and then i fell off fr this song is my contribution to the one currently happening although i probably won’t end up finishing the week #fallingintofallspiritweek also enjoy this picture of my boss’s dog from this morning. love that guy.
