day one of my short form social media cleanse. it is not going well. although i suddenly have so much more time. more time to feel the all encompassing dread of overthinking. anyways i haven’t watched a movie i have actually loved since like february/march. i am desperate for any suggestions. i would like to feel alive again. thank you!

i do not understand workplace social norms. i always feel like im stuck in a black mirror episode. some people share so much about themselves and some don’t at all. and this somehow factors into the formula of whether you’re liked or hated? or you can do nothing at all and be hated? or maybe it’s a me problem and i just feel like i am hated. or maybe it doesn’t matter at all and no one cares
