had my very first therapy sesh (even tho it technically doesn’t count as the first i’m still counting it). it went super well!! even though i didn’t really get any real internal issues resolved, i still feel better knowing that i will eventually feel better. anyways, hoping my therapist feels as good about our session as i did! :)
