maybe relationships just aren’t for me. I have tried time and time again to find happiness in others believing it will be like a storybook ending in most of the rom coms I’ve watched, but after experiencing the process of even trying for one and being in one, I believe that nowadays there is 0 chance for any stable and loyal relationship, that ship has sailed, there’s only so many times I can make myself a fool for showing more effort in every conversation, I’d prefer loneliness than to go through this again at this point, I hope one day I can be proven wrong but I’ve near enough lost all hope
I often wonder where your head is, a simple text or reply back is all I need, but going not just hours but days without responses is something I can’t tolerate anymore, but it sadly follows me wherever I go, I’m done with texting, I’ve always preferred calling and voice messaging anyway
one thing I will never do again is long distance relationships, I just can’t handle it, lots of time feeling dedicated and locked down to someone and taking away from my own personal day for that person only to find out they aren’t doing the same back, can never trust someone long distance again, but it’s so hard to meet people naturally in public or at work or school that this feels like the only option, idk this is just the current dating sphere ig
