It’s so strange how someone can tell you something over and over again and you know it’s true but one day it just clicks and goes through to you?? You can hear it from so many people throughout your life but one of those times it hits and you believe it and reevaluate from there. Feel such a huge release. Feeling both like to rage by daughter: “I’d never loved a living thing so much. I was not equipped to just sit and watch you quit on us.” But also this song: “I know so well that this is all there is.” And that’s ok. Side note it’s so cool there’s no one meaning to songs and everyone interprets it differently and in many ways. Thank u jv for your music helping me through the worst time of my life and thank u alec for listening to me be delusional, affirming how I feel, and being the reason I got through this. I am loving and love so deeply. I deserve equal love and someone who is willing to try and who will value me. It’s been long months but feel a huge shift.

I’m honestly surprised no one posted rap god by Eminem for #rapgod that would’ve been too easy lol. As someone who was raised listening to only rap/ r&b/ hip hop and still listens to a bunch of rap this was difficult but I decided to go w Dr. Dre 🫡 there’s so much good rap music out there from different generations. If you don’t listen to it much you should! I really don’t consider one artist a rap god bc there are so many good rappers from different periods. Really love this music
