my appointment today went pretty good! i got diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder with panic disorder and even though that sounds like a bad thing, it’s a relief to finally have a diagnosis i encourage all of you to do what you need for your mental health! use this new year as an opportunity to take care of yourself here’s a tune for my fellow 70s music lovers!!
