Honestly Donda isn’t an AOTY contender or anything in my opinion (just my thoughts!!) idk, felt a little repetitive and boring. Maybe the hype up for the album raised my expectations too much, or maybe I need some time for it to grow on me! I’ll definitely keep listening before I finally make an opinion though. My favorites atm are Hurricane, Pure Souls, & Moon!! Kanye stans don’t grill me 😀🙏

i rlly appreciate how this song goes back & forth between a freeing, boundless “solo” with the depressed and lonely idea of being “so low”. the way frank rlly contrasts the good vs. evil, high vs. low relationship of life in this song is just incredible. i love every part of it. it really builds on the prominent theme of duality in the whole album itself, too. anyway, there’s my take on frank ocean’s solo.
one of my fav small artists!!! seriously though, having under 900 monthly listeners is such a crime, this is my fav song of his 😎
