I woke up with a bloody nose and now I cannot hear out of my right ear I am slightly concerned

I prefer to always heavily doubt myself, and criticize myself. Every single assignment I do, I want into critique absolutely terrified, thinking I’ll be awful compared to everyone around me. Every single time- I do much better than I thought, and feedback is mostly positive. I try my best to forget this though, because I need the fear to drive me as close to perfection as possible. This is the mental of an artist.
