walking out of my last shift ever at the hospital I have grown so comfortable in over the last two years :( have seriously worked/done a clinical on practically every unit and floor of this place. unashamedly cried like a baby in the middle of emergency department shift change like GIRL PEOPLE GOT BIGGER PROBLEMS! Change is very hard, always blessed to have relationships to miss. and I’m writing this because the journal factory did in fact explode guys if you haven’t heard

somewhat productive line up today, FINALLY taking my boards tomorrow morning so I’m going to run some errands than drive to the testing center so I know where everything is. feeling equal parts confident and burned out. praying to the testing gods they don’t give me many pharm questions

everytime i go to a clinical site alone there’s like a 60% chance the employees are going to make it feel like a humiliation ritual. like girl i fear you KNEW I was coming, you know i GOTTA be here for school, can you at least pretend to be nice ?!
