saw grayscale for the 10th time on wednesday (yes i'm insane) and saw someone say that they've never seen collin smile that much at a show and i have to agree 🥲 such a good show that i fully lost my voice for 2 days. it felt so weird not hearing "palette" on the setlist or even a "this one's called 'mum' motherfuckers," but hearing umbra in its entirety and experiencing it with a fucking choir during the song that brings me to fucking tears whenever i hear the choir was!!!!! ethereal. i love grayscale bye
spotify wrapped top artists 2021 2. grayscale! like i said, this past year, i hit my 10th time seeing them. absolutely one of my favorite bands. i own more merch than i care to admit. in fact, i'm wearing grayscale pjs and a hoodie as i type this. anyway - this song. THIS SONG. dirty dirty. which they never shied away from, but i still couldn't believe my ears when i first heard it LOL also if you like sax in songs by bands that you wouldn't expect sax from....this is the song
