Last Sunday I started sleeping with no pillow. I also started using my Gua Sha. Swithced around my skin care routine. The relief I feel in my neck, back and shoulders is amazing. Even my face with the gua sha feels like a revelation. Skin looks extra good. & All it took was a change in my routine LMAO. My lesson was it’s okay to switch it up sometimes. I don’t have to feel married to every single thing. Anyway, unfortunately, we “lost” an hour this morning tho which is a sham 🤣. Cheers to the upcoming work week and I hope everyone gets the rest that they need.
