I was listening to my old jazz playlist from 2020 and this was my top played song that year. (The Ella fitzgerald louis Armstrong version is the best !!) I really love this song and whenever I hear it I just cant help but get up n dance. I want to go to a jazz bar and dance to some louis Armstrong and frank Sinatra. Maybe bill evans and Ellington at a posher bar. That would be such a lovely date night idea but unfortunately no one likes me but it’s okay cuz I have my sights set on lewis hamilton and Tom hardy only.

I know nobody cares but today I got my piano diploma results back and I got a distinction which is great but it cost me 500 pounds which is not so great cuz I had to resist my sight reading because I failed it by one mark the first time which is not so great. Anyway I’m going to eat ramen with my mum at my favourite ramen restaurant to celebrate which is great.

I wish someone would write me a song like this. I’m so burnt out cuz schools just started but I have so much I need to do and I need to write a 5000 word research paper on hydrogen fuel cell ocean gliders and I need to practice my piano and violin for my exams and music scholarship auditions and I have so much homework and so many exams coming up and it’s ridiculous cuz im only 17!!!!!!!!! Anyway as means of procrastination I’ve started to learn Russian and it’s really cool cuz I have two friends who speak Russian who teach me stuff. Добрый вечер !

Today I realised I’ve been a weezer fan since the release of cars 2 (aka the best film ever) in 2011. I also binged a crap ton of car films and it was so revolutionary. I think my ideal date night is now a car film marathon. Somebodys gotta date me first though 😃

I slept at 3 am this morning cuz I was so ill cuz the only liquid I’ve ingested on this trip were Malibu-coke raspberry sourz and these caramel shots that I got for free at this bar so im absolutely dehydrated and im probably 50% alchohol 50% girl at this point and I had to wake up at 6 to catch my flight. Anyway I fell asleep to this song at 3 am this morning

Whenever my mum gets mad at my brother she always sprouts some bullshit like “omg I’ve raised up two disappointments” or sumth and it genuinely pisses me off cuz why the fuck is she comparing me to my stupid good for nothing brother that does nothing but play Roblox every fucking day. Why the fuck are her expectations for him so much lower than mine. Why is it that my mum expects me to get great grades and go to imperial fucking college when he’s failing every subject. He gets sent to boarding school because my mum wants him to but when I begged her to let me stay at my boarding school in year nine she tells me off for being ungrateful and how much money she’s spending on me. We live in the middle of buttfucking nowhere because the only school that will accept my brother is in the middle of nowhere and I get bantered by all of my friends about how far I live and I laugh along cuz how tf do I tell them how insecure it makes me. Sometimes I want to drop out. Sometimes I want to die.

I went to watch the formula one race at this sport pub with my friend matilda. We had cider with the English lads at the pub that complained whenever someone overtook hamilton/russel and clapped whenever hamilton/russel overtook someone. I was listening to this song on the balcony with matilda in the morning and it was stuck in my head. (Omg I’m posting this at 4:44am make a wish)

Gosh guys the work experience boy I could talk about his eyes all day. He’s so annoyingly smart and I hate it cuz I’m competitive. It’s so annoying. He just knows everything and he’s so fucking good at using excel which is so attractive. His eyes are also attractive. He’s a Pepsi boy though. He likes mint choc chip which is my fav ice cream flavor though and we had five guys by the canal. Also oh my fucking god he vapes. he vapes lychee which is even worse. cmon man flavoured cancer is bad enough already but lychee flavoured cancer doesn’t sound very appealing.

Picture me this: 1 am in the algarve, it’s late July and there’s a nice cool breeze and I’m sitting on the balcony of the flat im in reading Murakami with this song blasting from the club next to the flat. (I’m pretty sure I first heard this song in blue is the warmest color)

I had a fever so I stayed at home and practiced some piano cuz I haven’t for two weeks. This is my favourite piece ever and I love zimermans interpretation (especially in the presto con fuoco coda bit) I sound like a posh arrogant Oxford music graduate and it’s horrible.
