I haven’t done any cardio in 6 days cos I’ve been working and I went out with my friends and I can feel myself going a little bit insane. it’s so funny to me that I started struggling with my mental health when I was 16/17 which is also the same time I quit camogie. it’s like I need to physically shake out the ghoulies in my brain
