Fun. Is lowkey one of my favorite bands. I always knew a couple of their songs but one time while I was shining shoes in my basement in like 2016 maybe I started listening to all of their music and I loved it. His voice is great and I like the vibe. During that phase I looked up concerts and also why they hadn’t put out more stuff and it turned out the band broke up and Nate(lead singer) wanted to focus more on family so I got sad I never got to go to a concert. Then one day in like 2019 I was at work and the band called The Format which turned into fun. Posted on their story that they were doing a concert next year but I wasn’t 18 yet and it was only for 18+ but it got canceled anyways because of covid. So that leads to
QOTD: who is at the top of your bucket list of one artist/band to see in concert? Past or present. I would say fun. Would be a great chill concert but also if Daft Punk ever came back together and did a Tron: Legacy soundtrack concert I would die of happiness
This isn’t even like one of my favorite Christmas songs but I just had a sick dream that Ryan Haak was playing saxophone at like a wedding/concert thing and I started to really want to play saxophone IRL and the sax solo of this song has been stuck in my head since the dream. I’ve been bored over break because I only hang out with people at night here so I’ve refound my love of cooking which is fun and I’ll definitely cook a lot more next year when I don’t have a fridge that is always full from a lack of communication of roomates but hey whatever.
QOTD: favorite Christmas song? Last Christmas by T Swift was a classic for me growing up
So this is my last full day in ames and the next time I’m at school I won’t be an American teen which is epic. Anyways I’m wondering if I should do my biannual instagram post or if that’s too cliche doing that at the end of each semester. Lmk what you guys think

Guys i had a SUPER weird dream where i was listening to new songs in my dream that i never heard before IRL and in my dream i was making a mental note to listen to songs that were in my dream even though i was making them up and literally this song came up in my dream with this EXACT name by this EXACT BAND and turns out its a real song but im 98% sure ive never seen this song anywhere before or heard it so when i looked it up when i woke up and it was real that was so wack. So maybe someone posted it here and i forgot but it was in my subconscious but i dont think so.

Ciao! So I watched a lot of movies on the plane and Bohemian Rhapsody was one of them and man I liked that movie. Queen is so good. I also have a problem where I can’t really sit down and watch a full movie all the way through unless I am with someone so I probably watched like half of 8 movies instead of 4 full ones. Bohemian Rhapsody is the only full one I watched.
I also sat by the GM of a very high end italian restaurant in Toronto so that was cool he was nice.
I am in my new room for the next 4 months and I can’t wait to explore tomorrow!
Also the radio on the bus ride to campus was a mix of like italian pop songs and american pop songs so that was fun. Like itd go from Ghost by JB to some italian song then to acbdefu(which also the radio doesn’t bleep out swears so that was interesting)

One of my favorite songs ever. We saw this painting that the album cover this week at the louvre and also heard people playing this on the cello in the streets of portugal tonight it was amazing.
