i’ve been feeling really depressed recently so i took the day off school and slept in and spent the day with my boyfriend. i needed a day to myself to just laugh and have fun and thats okay. i dont feel 100% but i definitely feel a lot better than i wouldve been. mental health is so important and i always forget that because i was raised to believe that you just suck it up and keep going. sometimes you just need to stop and cry and breath. it doesnt make you weak, it is self care. moral of the story, take care of yourself 🌿
