Chris had one of those voices that just makes my soul yearn. This song always meant so much for me. I connected with the lyrics after several people close to me died and I no longer saw the world with light, but instead everything became dark and it changed me. My teenage years were filled with anger and saddens and I honestly just felt like a ball of bad luck lmao😂💫

This album will forever be one of my favorites. She’s filled with many dynamics from mental illness, violence, family dysfunctions, and homelessness. Just *chefs kiss* Eddie Veder just has one of those voices that I can zone out to and be at peace. Def one of those albums that you need to drive with the windows down and volume upppp💫
