great movie and an even greater song. this is actually my favourite bowie song of all time, it’s just stunning. if you’ve never listened to it before pls go and listen. bowie is just an all round musical genius but that goes without saying.

not the beatles version (this is also one of my fav beatles songs) but i found an elton john greatest hits record in my local charity shop this morning (also while wearing an elton john t shirt - think the cashier thought i was a fan 💀)and it has this song on it. happy days!
