I think I don’t have the idea of mixpop BUT I despise the way it way executed in their debut and first comeback. Dice sections individually make sense, but combined aren’t cohesive. And O.O is just wtf. Dash and Soñar work bc the sections actually sound good on their own and ALSO flow together a lot better. It doesn’t need a crazy transition or a beat drop. It’s a lot more subtle and also doesn’t emphasize the beat over the crazy vocals and musicality nmixx members already have. Like be fr jyp didn’t need a gimmick to show off haewon and lily’s vocals in the first year
