this song makes me want to cry so hard i throw up. this song provokes a guttural sadness within me. this song….it’s nothing particularly special…but for some reason the way the instruments and vocals mesh—setting this relaxed, melancholy mood for these bittersweet lyrics—moves me to such raw emotion that i am inclined to walk out of my house and into the street and lay there, waiting for a semi-truck driving 15 mph over the speed limit to kill me violently and mercilessly. i know this may be a bit melodramatic, and i’ll probably get sick of this song after a week of having it on repeat, but for now i am content with the extent to which i have exaggerated my love for this song. yeah #maincharactersong
