Something about this song reminds me of crying whilst driving home in the middle of the night. The things i like most about it are the way the lyrics are said, the flow they have is just perfect in my opinion, i also love the crisp drum beat and simple but bright guitar that distorts towards the end as the song progresses. The sliding guitar in the verses lift you up and down with the song almost like the song is sighing in a way. The best part of this song is definetly the end. The tempo slightly increases with a more powerful guitar line and higher pitched vocals building together and ending the song with a bang. I also love the very small guitar solos littered throughout the song inbetween verses and choruses adding to the song greatly. This song reminds me of listening to triple j in 2018 and hearing it for the first time. It also reminds me of driving at night or just listening to it at night in general. - Somethings just don’t add up i’m upside down i’m inside out
