some advice i received recently that struck me: to never leave home without a sense of humor. about yourself, about life, about whatever it is you encounter in a day. it’s really easy to get wrapped up in taking things seriously. when shit gets serious we don’t always have to. i’d argue that it might even be better not to. take a deep breathe, laugh it off. as an anxious person i can rlly appreciate the sentiment 🙏🫡
