I lik this song so much, I hope you to Today was the day better than yesterday. I hoped the wind would make those bad thoughts disappear. And that is how it went. We always try to be positive but we can't always control it. You can't always see what's going on on the inside from the outside. Listening to music can calm me down at times like this

listened yesterday to a radioprogramma where someone talks about his life and chooses the music. I know Milow but not this song and I immediately liked hearing it Matthieu Bonne he is a Belgian ultra athlete. He is a multiple world record holder in triathlon, cycling and swimming. He is also the first ever to swim the entire Belgian coastline. In 2022 he became the first person ever to complete 8 full triathlons in 8 days on the 8 official Canary Islands.
