do you ever take a break from music?? i do, like twice a year my brain gets so tired and i just like to be in silence, more present and concentrated; i donât even listen to podcasts that much these days. it can be relaxing, but only for a short time until i get the incredible urge to know more music, blast my favourite tunes, sing my lungs out, etc. i love the cycle, iâve learnt to embrace it.
