this song is a whole experience you myst listen to it all the way through ideally in a car driving home from your ex’s house with tears in your eyes because you hate them but you love them so much and you realize it’s too much for you guys to hang out as friends. now you get panic attacks in public when you see them so you must to everything humanly possible to avoid them in public and online but the issue is you can’t stop thinking about them so you’re always checking their social media. also they have a new girl and she’s really pretty and you’re so jealous and can’t stop thinking about them doing the things you guys did together. so now you’re screaming this song in the car because it perfectly conveys this feeling of grief and then when it builds to that last chorus it’s all the feelings of rage and betrayal all coming out at once and you’re trying not to drive off the road but you can’t see through your tears so if it does happen it would be okay with you.
