Hellooooooo here’s the update. Basically never ever ever ever get into a summer fling and end up catching feelings… especially if you guys both know that there will be a geographical distance between you before uni starts back up. LOL I’m (not) fine and lowkey I just need time… but I’ve realized that for me, nothing is ever casual. I should’ve known by the fact that I usually hate letting friendships fade out, that this was not gonna be an easy mutual break (but I overestimated my mind abilities and here we are). However, this is such a complicated situation to the point that we still text and are open to seeing each other again next summer, but nevertheless I’m surfing the “what if’s”. So here’s to hope and fate and adjustment 🥂
