i love going through all my bopdrop posts - rememiscing about where i was at in life when i made each individual post. i spend more time listening through my own profile than i do others, which got me thinking… i do the same for every social media. also in life in general: the person who cares the most about how u portray urself is… u. for most ppl im just a like and a scroll, some will interact. none will bathe and wallow in the online persona i am portraying. my mask barely afloat in the vaccum of networked uncertainty. nobody can truly understand the thought that goes into each word i put up on this screen, about the environment and each experience that built up my capacity to think the way i do. the mountains of circumstances that put me in the exact time and place i’m in, writing these silly little words to u all. i don’t even understand it myself.
