Setember is the suicide prevention month and today apparently marks the suicide prevention day, which is crazy choosing one day when the whole year people are struggling and only on these days the social medias are filled with positive message and everyone wants to spread awareness. But when things get messy most people don’t stick around their loved ones. If you ever feel alone or overwhelmed with your thoughts or feelings, talk to someone, talk to someone that you trust, a therapist, family, friends or even a stranger. It’s not a shame to have those feelings, you are not a burden and you are worth of a life without pain. Please always check the people around you and be careful bc you never know what they are going through 💛
