i'm so shit at replying to messages from my friends & family, like i just jump into random moods where i can't even open the app or i genuinely miss their messages - it's definitely nothing personal like i get sooo happy seeing their messages but i also get sooo sad knowing i can't just visit them or plan to hang out sometime so i just kinda avoid them so i don't get sad LMAOOooOooo is this avoidant anxiety attachment?? i think i need therapy
