my summer playlist this year 🐚💫 during one of the last spirit weeks i said that each year ive picked a movie still to be my summer playlist cover so this year it’s from The Darjeeling Limited which is one of my favorite films,, it always centers me and reminds me about the purpose of the journey. im def a combination of all the brothers but mostly Peter (biblically accurate middle child representation) 🌀 this song is a summertime classic for me but this yr it’s been a little sweeter to listen to w my girl

Happy 250th birthday to the greatest nation to ever been founded upon. It’s one thing being proud but that’s not what make you patriotic. It’s accepting and addressing all circumstances that come at us as American citizens. Our founding fathers have gave us the ideas yet many forget to acknowledge and practice them as rights. We have never been given more to achieve more than any other nation and that’s why we exceeded the global standard. The world has never seen, experienced or fathom what the United States would have become and achieved in just a span of two hundred and fifty years. No country is perfect, nations lose collective responsibility and accountability, systems are corrupt and unjust, but your country is not a failure. You’d be surprised how far a little gratitude can make you feel being an American.
