sorry i’ve been gone so long! had to finish a consultancy report & it was a pain in the ass here’s a song I rediscovered 🤍 it’s from the japanese movie lady snowblood which inspired the plot of my favorite movie of all time, kill bill! the lead actress of lady snowblood actually sings this song which is also featured in kill bill vol. 2 :)

an npc in pokemon black and white 2 sang an enka inspired song that reminded me of the kind of music my parents put me on i feel somewhat connected to my family through the music they enjoy - there’s a feeling of peace when i associate these sounds with them
