do u guys have convos w urself inside ur head? like do u have an internal monologue or what? or a voice? i have a voice, i think. sometimes i honestly catch myself having a whole ass conversation back & forth with myself in my head. i hope this is a universal experience & not just an individual one bc if it is i’ll have to check myself into a mental institution tbh
