met a cool old french dude in the park today when i was painting! man was chilling with his dog who almost ate my paint lol but we got to talking & he was super sweet!! dude from Up! kinda vibes yk :) so anyway we end up talking about inspiration and how it’s often pain as it seems to be a more powerful experience than positive stuff, and this dude just casually says ‘nous sommes tous des pierres taillées par le courant d'un ruisseau, du cristal en devenir. unpleasant harsh things often shape us and uncovers our cores, therefore intertwining with our identity and forming us in a way other things usually can’t.’ beautiful but i def will be overthinking about this all night LOL ppl who hurt me deserve no intertwination with my amazing personality!!! ew get lost out of my system pls thank u

ended the day with pilates on the beach, feeling very grateful for summer. now hoping mbappé gives us one more reason to celebrate tonight
really enjoyed airelles st tropez today :) genuinely one of those places i wish i could have a coffee every day! sometimes i forget free will exists and that i can, in fact, work from basically any hotel lobby as long as i’m dressed well enough. ended up having a very nice coffee and a mango pastry from the cédric grolet in the château so very happy happy
