for the last 5 months I have been on a strict order not to exercise cause of an injury. my wife and my kids tell me I’m unbearable to be around and now I can work out but have to start from scratch. being active has always been my happy pills but I know there will be more injuries and I need to get better at finding other avenues of said happy pills 💊 . Wish me luck on not being a absolute Cunt.
