i love how no matter how many times me and my brother say good night before going to sleep it always has to be the last thing said: even if we say just one thing after saying good night it has to be said again. i don’t know if my brother also thinks this is important or if he just does it unconsciously but for me i feel like it HAS to be said last in order to have a good night (i’ve realized i like consistency a lot more than i’ve thought i do, i guess it’s just that things are Pretty Good right now so i’m afraid even the smallest of change could butterfly effect into something big)(also i’m probably gonna move out in under a year so i want to value all the little things while i still can)
