good morning bopdrop! i have a feeling that today is going to be a GREAT day and here’s why! this morning i had to walk through the hallway with a suitcase with my stuff for deca which was slightly embarrassing but when i was walking to class (sans suitcase) i walked past hot lab partner and got a smile! literally 5 seconds later, hot senior ALSO walked past me and after class i walked past hot lab partner AGAIN in the hallway! God is on my side today! today in marketing we started a project for product lines and i picked popeyes so i got to research megan thee stallion for an hour under the guise of learning about hottie sauce and popeyes’ use of social media to grow their brand presence! i also got $52 to use for meals during my deca trip so i’m going on the y2k supermodel diet for the next 2 days bc i get to keep the money regardless of whether i actually spend it! last night i finished reading spy school and benerica finally happened and this song was literally written for Them!

spreading the Gospel is so much fun till someone shuts you down and now you feel embarrassed and won’t ever speak again (can you tell that I can’t handle rejection?) “I sought the Lord and He heard and He found me” I also think it is questionable to add popular worldly artists in worship songs. I get why they do it but I’m not too sure how to feel about it

good morning bopdrop i am very tired and aboit to drop out! i had a quiz in psych this morning (it was open note and thank GOD for that!) and i just took a physics test and i passed (yass!) but unfortunately i am already brain dead and i still have two more tests today…why did none of my teachers assign any tests on friday…sick and twisted! at least i have this app to rant on to help me decompress a bit before my next test in 30 minutes! girl named tom made it to the finale on the voice last night which means i will be voting for them!…how do i go about convincing them to sing barton hollow by the civil wars with kelly as their coach duet in more pressing news i have a conundrum bc my mom likely bought coldplay tickets for dallas yesterday and haim is performing there on thursday 5/04 (not saturday 5/06 like i initially thought) and they’re in houston on friday 5/05 (same day as coldplay in dallas) how do i convince my parents to let me leave school early on thursday to see haim

i hate going to a pub w a ridiculous beer list like where’s all my friends where’s all my loved ones the names i know and cherish??? why am i reading a chart to pick my beer with descriptions that are more than 5 words long n why is my beer in a weird shaped cup n not a normal pint glass are you guys out to get me— thankfully i had such a nice girl server who pointed me toward a mexican beer and i said Thank God women never let me down

Queen Erykah Badu and The Alchemist album 17 year old me is doing the worm somewhere! I really really REALLY hope they don’t do that Ai bullshit again, that very frustrated me to see two of my favs doing that. They can both make such good music, they’re masters of their craft, god knows why they would ever turn to such slop. Erykah was one of my first artists I fell in love with. Appletree and Window Seat were on repeat everyday, and then when I got Baduizm and Mama’s Gun on vinyl I would spin them everyday as well, I have her on my wall! and then the Alchemist is like my fav producer of all time, years in a row he would top my most listened to, he’s contributed to many of my favourite albums ever, one of the most consistent artists around. so these two making an album is a dream, and I really hope they put all their talent into it without stopping to something artificial and fake…
