woke up to the sound of rain and the news of my cousin passing an hour earlier. it’s fine honestly, I never really knew her, but the way she died makes me absolutely sick to my stomach and I can’t stop thinking about if it were my sister who died that way. my dad wants to talk to me about it but I don’t think I can. every single morning I feel a bit closer to my sisters funeral, it makes me crazy!! every new year and every birthday I can’t help but think about how thankful i am that my sister is still here and that she probably already should be dead. it feels mean to my cousin that I only think about my sister, but that’s just the way it is

since I've mentioned Kyla, it’s only fair to share more abt our fs. known each other since we were 7, but only got close at 13. TY 🦋effect! if i hadn't gone thru fs breakup, I prolly wouldn't have known her the way I did. She was the quiet girl in class. Once i broke the ice by bringing up ‘Chasing Cars’ on the radio. To my surprise, she was tuned to the same station & we ended up bonding over songs we loved. rest was history. even tho she was lowkey irl, Kyla had a decent following ol. we made a vlog singing, talking nonsense, js being us. it was up for 15 mins til school took it down for “exposing” the campus. best part? one of her followers DL’d it, thought we were holding auditions, & sent Kyla a vm singing ‘Love Yourself.’ Had us crying she’s gone deaf like us no wonder y she loved our voices 😭😭 Before Kyla moved, she left prompt letters. The funeral one was my fave. We lost touch. Last time I saw her was 6 yrs ago, I screamed her name & thank G she screamed mine back!!!
