one of my profs apparently recommended me to be a writing center tutor so this lady emailed me to apply… however i think i may be the worst person for the job (and also may be a bitch) bc i ranted to my father (not softly may i add) while walking through campus about how fucking stupid everyone is here. how are you gonna be a legal adult and not know the difference between there they’re and their ??? and people here have the vocabulary of a fourth grader who accidentally opened pride and prejudice and now thinks he’s a genius. genuinely i wish i could show y’all the writing i’ve had to critique during peer reviews because god we need to bring back natural selection (bitchiness transferring to new topic) i also hate when my housemates skip class bc it happens all the time or they just show up late ??? how are you gonna get graded on participation and just not even show up… no wonder you have bad grades… sorry i’m feeling hateful rn i am annoyed by everyone saying they’ll miss me fri/sat

im telling u go out of your comfort zone!! today I took a part in a volunteer event that consisted of cleaning rubbish on the roadside of a city forest and lake and we also put on a protection against beavers🦫 on the trees in a stream area. I went alone, knowing no one and expecting nothing and it was again a great idea of mine. wanna go somewhere but no friends wanna go with you? DO. IT. YOURSELF. met amazing people, great conversations, time and weather, kindness, a good deed for Mother Earth and cleaning my head of negative thoughts 🧘🏻♀️🌳they gave me some soup, chips, coffee, beer and a lot of other gifts as well. leaving you with my good mood for the rest of your Saturday xx
