only one more night until i have off for two days! my schedule is pretty cool, it’s sunday through thursday, and i didn’t know until the other day, so i’m excited to have a few days off. i also picked up this album, bc i got a couple more whitechapel albums, and this is easily my favorite. i absolutely adore this song

I’m usually of the mind that Hall & Oates is better as a “singles band,” but the one album I love all the way through is their second album, 1973’s Abandoned Luncheonette. They were signed to Atlantic, before they went to RCA, so you can’t get any of the songs from this period on a greatest hits album, at least altogether on streaming, but this has some of my favorite songs from them, including this one.
