someone just sent me a pic someone took of me at our school gala 2 years ago and I nearly cried. Just looking at the picture made me so sad, because I never realized how my mental illness was visible from the outside as well. Just looking at how pale and sickly I looked, even though I wasn’t physically ill broke my heart. When I look at pictures from this year, after having finally gotten rid of my depression I look so much happier, but I even look phyically healthier as well.
