man I’ve been so depressed today. I cried for a good hour today because I miss our dog so much. why society kinda tells us to move on fast over pet’s death. I kinda feel embarrassed to tell that our dog’s death is still affecting me so much 😣 I also feel like there’s death everywhere. everyone is dying and it’s starting to trigger my fear of dying again. sorry for being so negative lately 🥲I hope spring and sunshine comes soon to lift my mood
