So recently I’ve decided to take a lil break from 🍃 in general bc not only is my tolerance super high but it’s gotten to a point where my constant usage has negatively impacted my mental health. I’ve realized that the more I do it (especially hitting my cart bc I do that literally 24/7) the worse my symptoms get, ESPECIALLY my derealization. I’ve been partaking in every form of cannabis since I was 14 thanks to my parents LMAO but I can’t say it got bad til I was 17, when I started working my first job and was able to start buying it for myself 🥲 not long before I got addicted to nic too thanks to my hs friends influencing me into the Juul epidemic. I can’t even begin to try & quit nic again but I feel like I could mentally benefit from a cannabis break. Y’all pls wish me luck, I’m dreading this icl 😪 I’ve become soo dependent on it
